Why are my payments being moved to FastSpring? #

We have chosen FastSpring as our new payment provider because our previous partner, MyCommerce by Digital River, is no longer a viable option. FastSpring ensures a smooth and secure payment experience moving forward.

What happened to MyCommerce by Digital River? #

MyCommerce by Digital River is no longer operational and cannot process payments. As a result, we are transitioning all customers to Fastspring to guarantee uninterrupted access to ProVide Server and secure payment handling.

Will this transition affect my license? #

No, your license will not be affected at all. If you previously used MyCommerce/Digital River for payments, your account will now be moved to Fastspring. We will either guide you through a simple process or automatically transfer your account to the new platform.

Do I need to do anything to complete the transition? #

In most cases, no action is required on your part. We will handle the entire transition for you. If any additional information is needed, we will reach out with clear instructions.

What happens to payments I have already made through MyCommerce? #

All payments made for your license period between July 1st, 2024, and January 20th, 2025, are valid and recorded. You will continue to have full access to ProVide Server without any additional charges or changes. If there are any issues with these payments, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the payment, if possible. However, If you made the payment via credit card, we recommend checking with your credit card company.

What are the donations mentioned? #

We have introduced an optional “donate” button that allows our satisfied customers to support the ongoing development of ProVide Server. Donations are completely voluntary and directly contribute to improving the product and service.
